Specially for Frank R! Indian puri bread! (picture will follow)

Ingredients:

1 1/3 of a cup of wheat flour
1/2 spoon of sea salt
2/3 of a cup of water

Put the salt and flour in a bowl. And mix it very well. In the center of the mixture make a hole and add the water bit by bit until you get a good dough. If necessary add more water.
Mix the dough until it's soft and elastic. Form a ball with the mixture and leave it covered for 15 minutes.
Then cut in 10 equal balls and with a kitchen curler make little circles out of the 10 balls.
In a fry pan pre heated with sunflower oil, fry the circles one by one. Make sure the oil is very hot. It takes just a few seconds. Then take of and put on a plate covered with kitchen paper to absorb the extra oil.

Enjoy!
