Hummus!

OK! There are various ways of making Hummus it's even a competition between country's such as Lebanon and Israel's competition for whom makes the best hummus. I had the privilege to have tried both and I prefer the Lebanese hummus. But I will share with you the recipe I've been making for the last years and I can tell you that both Lebanese as Israeli friends  like it. So make it and try it yourself! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas of 250g
1 full spoon of tahin (sesame paste)
2 garlic pieces
1cm of a Spanish pepper
sea salt
olive oil

Remove the add paper from the outside of the chickpeas can, hen open it and put the peas in the can on a small fire and let it cook until it starts to boil. Remove the can from the fire and take the water out and put the chickpeas into a blender together with the pepper, garlic, tahin and a pinch of salt. Add slowly in to the mixture while mixing it some olive oil until the mixture is like a thick yogurt. Remove the mixture from the blender put into a bowl pour a little bit more of oil on it and a branch of coriander. Serve it with some flat bread!

Enjoy!
